BASE BUMP
Add-on to your usual highlight retouch. Includes a base color applied to the roots, similar to a root smudge but with a lighter color instead of a darker color.

Necessary when the hair is being colored 3+ levels darker, or when the pre-lightened hair requires a filler to correct an unwanted blue/violet “muddy” tone.
